I create sites for businesses regardless of where they are in the business process. Our rates are affordable and each design is customized to the needs of the client, and your site can grow with your business. If your business is based in the Merrimack Valley, in addition to designing your site, I also offer in-person consultation services to walk you through your control panel.
Don't worry if you are not in the Merrimack Valley I can still work with you to create a website for your business. Client meetings can be scheduled via video conferencing, and details can be worked out on the phone or email.
ScheduleI started Blues Shutters for both professional and personal reasons. On the professional side, I wanted to have a job that I enjoyed and allowed me to really combine my education and practical skills, which would allow me to take ownership of my path. On the personal side, I wanted more flexibility in my work schedule, I wanted to determine what work hours best suited my life situation. This is not to say that I work any less because I don't, however, I do work in interesting blocks of time.
ScheduleI meet with prospective clients to learn more about their business, what they want their website to say and do, and what their budget is.
I create a proposal for the client based in the information they provided to create the relevant HTML, CSS, and assorted files or I create a proposal for them in which I create their site using a Content Managment System (CMS) and then either cotinue on as their adminstrator or turn the site over to the business to maintain.

Hi, my name is Wendy Sullivan and I own Blue Shutters Web Design, LLC.
I have 11 years of experience as a product manager/owner of a web product for a financial data company. Additionally, I have a degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and I actively seek out professional development courses. I balance out my professional life with my personal life, planning family trips, reading, wrangling kids, and trying to enjoy life.
In my free time, I do enjoy pursuing creative hobbies such as cross-stitch, crochet, jewelry making. My family will tell you that my Kindle is never far from reach, and I read a little of this and a little of that but mostly books that allow me to escape for a bit,
